INTERNATIONALSPORTLOUNge                    Become a language teacher is very interesting and challenging. Beside master the language we also have to know how the languages is used, how the rules in the languages, and analyze the element of language. Those are some reason why in my college we also learn the aspect and elements of languages. The subject is called Introduction to Study of Language.One of element that I have learned from ISL subject is Morphology which is the study that deal with word and word formation. In this study I have make a presentation how to create a new word. The scenario is supposed I and my group are the manager of international restaurant that will welcome athletic college contingent. So, we are asked to make 10 new menus and also explain the word formation of the new words.

                  My group and I make 10 new menus that consist 4 main course, 2 appetizer, 2 dessert, and 2 drinks. The name of the menus we tookj from terms in athletic, so the athlete will interest to try our menu.  Our Restoran name is International Sport Lounge . Here are the menus :

• IAAF Salad (International Andalas Appetizer Fruit Salad) from International Association of Athletics Federation  ---> Abbreviation

•  Greesoup (Greek Soup) --> Blending

• Bullbal Meat ---> Blending

• Longdish Spaghetti  ---> Acronym

•  Sprint Sushi ---> Acronym

•  JEMPE (Javelin of Tempe) ---> Blending

 

•  Greekies (Greek Cookies) ---> Blending

• JUMP Pudding (Juices Umbrela Peach Pudding) ---> Acronym

•   SWIM Iced (Sweet Milk Iced) ---> Compounding

 

• Olympics Juices (Orange Lyche Mango Pineapple  Cheerful Juices) ---> Acronym
